A large period farmhouse in peaceful surroundings overlooking the glorious valleys and countryside of the magical Vallee du Lot. The house is situated nearby to Ginolac, a hamlet perched on a hill overlooking the medieval riverside village of Entraygues and just 10 minutes drive away. Entraygues has all shopping, restaurants, and café requirements and several markets per week in season. The house is ideal for large family groups and with the special pricing is attractive for small parties of two or three. It stands with the owner’s house in very large grounds with a large pool and extensive lawns.

Rivendell has been renovated and furnished to a good standard with the following accommodation. Entrance to living/dining room with dresser, dining table and chairs, 2 large sofas, TV and DVD. Double French doors onto the sun terrace with tables and chairs and electrically operated sun canopy. A large kitchen area with a range of fitted units with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric cooker and hob and a large tiled work surface allows for plenty of room for catering for the family. There is a ground floor cloakroom with WC, shower and hand washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine.

The first floor has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. Bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Separate WC. Entrance from landing into large furnished conservatory. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second with a double and a single bed. Linen is provided for all beds, as are all towels.

The good sized recreational areas of lawned gardens include a 12 x 5 metre pool with terrace and sun loungers and table tennis. There is an excellent horse riding establishment nearby with staff who are wonderful with young children. Its a great walking area and brilliant fun is had by canoeing the rapids from Entraygues. Ample parking.
